Ingredients:
5 ripened tomatoes cut in halves
2 celery sticks washed and cut in thirds
1 peeled cucumber
1 avacodo
1 garlic clove
1 kale leaf cut in pieces
kelp powder
dulse flakes
1 piece of Sea Vegetables (opt)
water if needed
Directions:
Wash all vegetables. If cucumber is not organic be sure to peel it. In blender add tomatoes and blend on low. Add cucumber and continue to blend on low, add celery pieces and blend on high quickly. Add a small amount of water if mixture becomes too thick. Continue to add water as needed. The less water the tastier your smoothie will be. Add kale leaf and garlic piece. Add Sea vegetables, kelp dulse and blend mixture on HIGH. Add avacodo (1/2) if large avacodo or entire avacado if small. Blend on HIGH until mixed. Enjoy.
